Mark has nearly 25 years of technical experience in Software Development. The past 15 years have been spent in various roles on the Salesforce.com platform ranging from Administrator to Solution Architect. During that time, he has worked across several industry verticals including Chemical Manufacturing, Financial Services, Higher Education, Automotive Coatings, Food Services, and Pharmaceuticals.
During has Salesforce career, Mark has specialized in quickly learning the business processes tied to each Salesforce implementation, working to improve those processes while also enhancing the systems through custom development, integrations, and third-party applications.
Mark also has extensive experience with Data Analytics, leading several major data migration efforts as well as implementing Cloud-based Data Warehouses. He has led teams of Data Engineers/Analysts whose primary focus was understanding business challenges and building robust BI solutions to solve them.
Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering as well as Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Information Science, all from Penn State University.”
